I was using the shuttle between the airport and the garage and witnessed one of your drivers going above and beyond in service. Two different sets of distressed people within a couple of minutes were lost and confused. The driver of Bus 246, Ibrahim, made sure they got to where they needed to be, and understood which bus they were waiting for. 

It’s refreshing to see this and it brought a smile to my face. I know what it’s like to be at a strange airport and receive some vague description of where you need to go from an uncaring face. He showed them where to stand and what to look for, without holding up the shuttle he was driving.

We need a lot more Ibrahim’s in this world.
