To commemorate the arrival of the National Thanksgiving Turkey at Dulles Airport on November 23rd, Chef Symon will first host a public meet and greet in the Main Terminal where he will offer his favorite turkey tips and an exclusive recipe to travelers and airport guests. Chef Symon will then be available for a special signing of his brand new cookbook,“5 in 5 – For Every Season,” at Bar Symon, and guests can purchase a copy of the cookbook for signature at the event.
