The Capital One Lounge at IAD offers healthy grab-and-go food options like jarred salads, granola bowls, and fresh juices – all packaged sustainably — to keep travelers refueled during transit, and a full-service coffee and pastry bar for travelers stopping by for a quick visit on the way to their gate. For travelers with more time to spare, the lounge interior features a suite of premium amenities and seating, ample workspaces, a parent room, and delicious, health-conscious in-lounge food served plated as small bites and a full-service bar.   

The lounge is located just beyond TSA PreCheck between the East and West security checkpoints on the Ticketing Level. 

The Capital One Lounge is $65 for non-Capital One cardholders however, if you have a Capital One Venture X, you have free unlimited access to the lounge, along with two guests. Venture and Sparks Miles cardholders are eligible for two complimentary visits per year. Additional visits are $45.
