Ride App Pickup & Drop-Off

At Washington Dulles International Airport, we want you to have a great experience and that includes a dedicated pick-up and drop-off curb for Uber and Lyft.   

• The 3rd curb is located on the ground level outside of Baggage Claim, accessible via Doors 2, 4 or 6.
• Numbered and lettered zones (3A-3H) make finding your ride easy
• Customers will be notified of their pick-up zone through in-app messaging

• Beginning November 1, 2023, all drop-off's will occur at curbs 3 A/B and 3 G/H, with a short walk inside to the escalators up to ticketing.
