In 2014, to enhance our passengers' international arrivals experience, the Airports Authority installed 40 kiosks at Dulles Airport.  In the International Arrivals Building (IAB), there are 24 kiosks serving those travelers whose journey ends at Dulles. Another 16 kiosks are located in Concourse C, serving connecting passengers arriving on United Airlines and most Star Alliance flights.
